This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who helps us handle it.

Your bag

What you add to your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Orders and payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe shares your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered with us so we can deliver your order. We keep order records for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax).

Chat assistant

Suvela, the chat assistant on this website, is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It answers questions about our products and, if you choose to share them, passes your details to our team so we can follow up.

• What it collects: what you write in the chat, including any name, phone number, email or order details you choose to share, and the page you were on.
• Writing replies: your messages are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude AI model writes the replies. Anthropic processes them only to provide this service and doesn't use them to train its models.
• Following up: if you share your contact details, a summary and a copy of the chat are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service.
• Running it: the assistant is provided by our web developer, Suvel Webverse, and runs on Cloudflare. Chats are kept in your browser for the current visit only and aren't stored on the server.

Please don't share card numbers, banking details or passwords in the chat. These services are based outside India, mainly in the United States.

Hosting

This website runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you gave, by asking our team through the chat assistant. We'll reply within 30 days.
